Who We Serve

Use these criteria as a general guide. When in doubt, call us to discuss the case directly.

Appropriate for Referral

Adults 18 and older
Alcohol use disorder (any severity)
Opioid use disorder (including fentanyl)
Stimulant use disorder (meth, cocaine)
Benzodiazepine or sedative dependence
Polysubstance use disorder
Co-occurring mental health diagnoses
Individuals motivated to engage in treatment
Patients requiring medically supervised detox
Patients transitioning from hospital or ER

Not Currently Served

Individuals under 18
Acute psychosis requiring inpatient psychiatric care
Significant dementia requiring memory care
Active suicidal ideation requiring 24-hour psychiatric monitoring
Medical instability requiring acute hospital-level care

If a patient does not meet our criteria, we will help identify appropriate resources and make a warm referral elsewhere.
