What to Pack

We provide bedding, towels, and meals. Focus on personal essentials.

Required Documents

Government-issued photo ID
Insurance card (front and back)
List of all current medications and dosages
List of known allergies
Emergency contact names and numbers

Clothing

7 to 10 days of comfortable, casual clothing
Underwear and socks
A light jacket or sweater
Comfortable shoes (non-slip preferred)
Pajamas or sleepwear

Toiletries

Toothbrush and toothpaste
Deodorant (unscented if possible)
Shampoo and conditioner
Soap or body wash
Glasses or contacts (with case and solution)

Personal Comfort Items

A comfortable pillow (in a plain pillowcase)
Journal and pen
Photographs of loved ones
A book, magazine, or puzzle
A small amount of cash (for vending, etc.)

What NOT to Bring

For the safety and well-being of all clients, please leave these items at home.

Alcohol or any substances
Prescription medications not disclosed at intake
Weapons of any kind
Electronics with cameras (varies by policy)
Revealing or inappropriate clothing
Excessive amounts of jewelry or valuables
Food or drinks from outside
Aerosol sprays or products with alcohol
