How the Referral Process Works

01

Call or Submit a Referral

Contact our admissions team by phone 24/7, or fill out the referral form below. Have the patient's basic information and insurance details ready.

Our admissions line is staffed around the clock — nights, weekends, and holidays. If submitting via the referral form, a team member will follow up within one hour during business hours.

02

Clinical Review

Our clinical team reviews the referral to confirm level-of-care fit and Medicaid or insurance eligibility.

We aim to complete the review and respond to your team as quickly as possible. We'll contact you directly with next steps and any questions.

03

Admission Coordination

Once approved, we coordinate directly with your discharge team to arrange a smooth, supported transfer.

We work alongside your case managers and social workers before discharge to ensure the patient transition is organized and the patient feels prepared.

04

Patient Admitted

The patient is admitted to LifeSpring Recovery and begins their individualized treatment plan.

We provide a confirmation to your team upon admission. For ongoing care coordination needs, your dedicated admissions contact remains available.
